Ice and Oven technologies is starting to “cook up a storm” with the Merrychef Accelerated cooking systems that it imports from the UK and distributes exclusively in Australia and New Zealand.
In addition to their use in BP Wild Bean outlets and rapidly growing sales to Subway in Australia and New Zealand, there are a number of large Franchise operations currently evaluating various models prior to commencing roll-outs.
At the same time, single store owners from restaurants to Tappas bars are enjoying the cost savings from using an oven that does not require extraction equipment yet produces food that could happily be served in a 5* restaurant.
