Tube Ice

The Patkol range of tube ice plants are available in capacities ranging from 1.5 to 60 tonne per day as either low side (evaporators) only or as a complete system.

Capacity ratings are based on 30°C make-up water temperature.

Packages up to 10 tonne per day can be supplied for use with R-404a or Ammonia (NH3) refrigerant.

Refrigeration systems can be supplied with either evaporative, shell and tube or air cooled (R-404a systems only) condensers.

Four ice sizes are available 16mm (5/8”), 22mm (7/8”), 35mm (1-3/8”) and 38mm (1-1/2”).

Evaporators, accumulators and low side refrigeration piping are thermally insulated as standard.

All pressure vessels have ASME U Stamp Certification with additional Lloyd Certification available on request.
